You probably heard of the rumors that iPhone™ users suffer from some form of Stockholm syndrome. Nearly anyone who owns one demonizes it, yet still defends it when the chips are down. So here's my list of reasons why an iPhone sucks. Or put another way, why my HTC Touch Pro 2 is superior.
- I can simply copy MP3s to my phone without installing specific software. That means: from any (current) operating system and any computer
- HTC supports flash in websites
- HTC has a standard USB connector for charging and data transfer
- HTC allows the installation of nearly any software without going through specific vendor dependent software. And I don't even have to do something illegal to install software (ever heard of jailbreak?)
- HTC can transfer contact vcards via standard SMS
- HTC can receive contact vcards via Bluetooth
- HTC announces itself as USB mass storage device
- I can change the battery pack in my HTC
- I can change the microSD card and thus increase HTC's memory
