A long time friend has given me this recipe. The salad has already served us sometimes as breakfast after a long night before going to bed.
This salad is not suited for health-conscious diet 😉
- Pasta (Gobetti rigati)
- Pork sausage
- Paprika, cabbage, …
- Sour cream
- A little bit of oil
The recipe itself is so simple, that I hardly dare to write it down:
- Cook pasta
- Cut sausage into them
- Mix vinegar, oil, cream and mayonnaise into salad
- Add paprika, cabbage, …
Simple, eh? The hardest thing is to find a tasty mixture of the fatter ingredients (cream, mayonnaise, oil). Just try it from time to time.
